![]() ![]() I don’t have a 20-year old body (far from that age group), but yoga has given me the benefit of feeling and looking like I am years younger than my real age. The physical effects are also wonderful! My body is stronger (2 minute planks anyone?), increased endurance for doing other physical activities, such as hiking, and of course, improved balance & flexibility. #YOGA CLASSES NEAR ME HOW TO#I learned how to breathe to keep calm and help myself get to sleep at night. Yoga helps me to stay grounded, reduce my stress levels and gives me more positive feelings about myself and others. I have found over the years that when I take breaks from yoga (think a week or more off), I notice negative changes in my body-both physically and mentally. I have participated in some workshops and enjoyed Reiki sessions with Lana & Katie. I started practicing at Yoga by Blisstopia about two years ago, averaging two classes per week.
